I have a marinade that I prepare, score the flank steak, let it sit overnight or at room temp for several hours and it tenderizes the meat. The secret is slicing it on the angle.

People don't eat pearl necklaces tony. I was just being a bit naughty. My source of nutrients is a lot nicer that a mouthful of tuna.
