I don't mind men with or without excessive hairs, so long they don't smell awful. But men with excessive hairs should carry themselves well, like wearing undershirts when going out or in public, not just leaving polo shirts open & excessive hairs from back & chest are coming out.
Local's way of dressing is fine for men with excessive hairs.
