^^ haha thats good... I'm not on a detox... didnt do cold turkey .. but i've cut down my smoke to 4 a day n its been 4 days.. n I'm starting to hate smoking.. gonna see how long would it last.. )

i think its more because of the heat that I don't feel like smoking...
smoking is a terrible thing its makes my skin lose its lustre... makes it dry and what not....

i give up.. i give up... coz i checked today and i am a kg underweight already...
have switched back to normal food
i think my diet was low on fats
