In my company, we have this international helpline for ethics and compliance. Any employee in any location can call this helpline, to raise a complain (mainly with their bosses/superiors). Further action / investigation will be done, and if justified, he can be terminated (that is provided that he really violates any of law of Code of Ethics and Conduct).

whats really funny is the "open door" policy . Yes step right in and princess about your boss or this or that....and....then...."you will see" .

its hillarious...some of my friends in such places ...now call it the "open door, walk in and get F$@#%d policy".
