Its the most uninteresting, mistakenly broadcasted, utterly forgotten and only to be remembered 'Celine Dion' program that was ever produced for a telly.

Yes it's awful, that's the whole point. It's a pile of kitsch....the UK commentary for the finals for a lot of years has done by a guy who sends the whole thing up as a huge joke, it's brilliant. But I just read that he retired and didn't do this year's so it may not be worth the effort of grabbing it.
