the_zooter wrote:Just look at your results since the ashes. You managed to beat New Zealand and Bangladesh - big wow! My local club side could beat Bangladesh! The aussies couldn't even win a one day game, despite setting a world record score!!

Australia haven't lost a test series since the Ashes.

They beat the World XI.
They beat South Africa Twice.
They beat New Zealand.
They beat the Bangers.

Ricky Ponting is also very close to the record for test centuries in a Calendar year.

Australia are in form.

On the other hand, whilst doing well against Pakistan at the moment, England have been rather ho-hum since the Ashes.

You do know this was an evil cunning plan by Cricket Australia to boost ticket sales for the Ashes series this year. If we'd beaten you in England (again - *yawn*) Ashes tickets would have been hard to sell.

Now our crickets can enjoy the glory of winning the Ashes yet again, even though the poofters at Lords won't let us have the actual trophy.

(OK, so we did put a big dent in the Rugby World Cup, but we can look after trophies, honest!)

I can bet on that England gonna get white wash. All the teams , which go to Australia get the white wash

1= First of all the Media of Australia will write propaganda against english players.

3= Second , the prime minister of Australia will come with remarks against English player ( as he did wid Murli -Srilanka).

4= Crowd will make it Hell for English player :P

5= Empires will shows their doubts about some bowlers

Most of the players have been going out.

Vaughan out.
Flintoff might be out.
Jones in doubt.

Will there be anyone from the previous Ashes?

Will Tuffnel get rolled out?

Ian

I have complete confidence in our boys to do the business in Australia.

We have beaten the second best team in the world with a third-string bowling line-up and second-string batting line-up.
My theory is that the top players aren't actually injured, they are just resting. Messrs Flintoff, Jones (S) et al, will be back better than ever come the Ashes in November.

On top of that, we have now found two equally competant captains (Strauss and Flintoff), a brand new spinning sensation (Monty P) and a wicket keeper who can actually catch a ball and make some runs in the same match!!

What have the Aussies got?? A bunch of hasbeens!

Enough said.

Kind Regards
