Losing its culture. If you mean making money then no! But if you mean the more traditional arabian way of life then yes, but nearly all the countries in the world are facing this problem because of globalization. But I doubt that Emaraties in general have forgotten their ways in their hearts.

Sure,its an Islamic city,since it follows Islamic law,but some behaviour might indicate otherwise

It depends really on each person's opinion,but in general I guess they are good rulers!They are flourishing the city and helping improve everything
