I don't know whether Vice Captain is a promotion or demotion (from Wicketkeeper) but its got a good ring to it. I like batting fourth (clean-up hitter in baseball).

In cricket there's a lot of rubbing balls, you should start by practising that.

No, because you know, being in the sun all day wearing trousers, sweat builds up, things get sticky... itchy... they need a rub.

Oh... cricket balls? If you shine one side and scuff the other it causes the ball to swing through the air making it difficult for batsmen to hit.

A cricket ball is the ball you use to play.

A googly is what a bowler mainly a spinner can do with the ball. The ball is spinned in a certain direction.

Shane Warne is the master at this art of bowling
