i know it might seem weird, but warm beer heps at the beginning stage of catching cold, i went and got that treatment the first day i felt sick, next day felt better, so, thought would go to swim, which i think brought me back to reality, lol

I did have an unfair advantage, I spent a lot of my youth bowling in Australia in competitions etc. Although it has been a while, it comes back very quickly. Was a bit sore in the shoulder the next day though.

You picked it up very quickly Geraint especially for a first timer.
