I don't know why you girls have such enormous love for chocolate?

All the ladies in my life are chocoholics....to the core!!

Me..? I don't like chocolate bars, but I don't mind some chocolate in my dessert or ice cream!!

A lady I once met was able to tell which Chocolate she was tasting blind-folded.

Now, that's a real, hard-core, chocoholic for ya!!

Needless to say, her favorite chocolate, was dark chocolate from Godiva!!

I tried to make chocolate dipped strawberries at the weekend, something I have done loads of times before, but never in Dubai.

Used Cadbury's Dairy Milk only to find that it refuses to melt and remain in a liquid form, just clumps together in a blob even over a bain marie! Then it occurs to me: they take out a lot of the butter content to keep the chocolate more solid in the warm climate. Solved it by adding a small quantity of cream and mixed it constantly to keep it moving.

End result was ok but tasted more like chocolate fudge than good old Cadbury's. Going to have to get supplies shipped in from the UK.

Cadburies anywhere outside UK is not as good.
Sceptical me always thought it was to save money on ingredients.
