A friend recently complained about having an issue on redeeming air tickets at an airline website. On calling up their helpline, he was informed that he could not redeem miles for a ticket and that a website error was causing the deal to be offered to customers incorrectly. The person sent email and contacted them in every possible way but got no response.
How many of you have had nasty experiences dealing with a brand and have been able to raise your voices successfully on Social Media platforms. Did you get any response from these brands via online platforms?
