you need to download something called SOPCAST, www.sopcast.org and there you will ifind a channel for most sports.

Could also try the TVU Player , sometimes its a bit hit and miss as it relies on other folks uploading the channel (it works on P2P technology) so theres no annoying buffering every so often.
