A recruiter called me yesterday and asked me if I were interested in a certain job position, they said that the company is relatively new. I dont know why I have some bad vibes regarding the company, but at the same time I dont want to let my feelings decied. How do I know if the company is serious?

I dont want to write the name of the company here, but I can send it via pm if someone maybe wants to check it out for me.

check the company name in google..... and you could always personally
check it by calling +971181 and PM me and others.,

Have a quick check in the Dubai Black List Forum. There are some online recruitment agencies in there that have been caught out as scam artists.
