It's generally understood that cigarette companies market their products to children and otherwise underage people. Cigarette ads are not shown on TV, newspapers, nor on the radio here in Dubai but they are present in the cinema. They are also present for PG13 movies such as at the two latest movies that I saw, Wolverine and Star Trek.

We live in a nanny-sta... sorry, conservative country so things like Dr Manhattan's blue penis are understandably censored but their intentions seem just a little bit off-center when companies can easily market obviously harmful substances to often vulnerable individuals.

I'm certainly not calling for censorship since I think that cancer is a perfectly fine method of population control. I personally would just like to see Dr Manhattan in all his blue glory.
