Lets cook the biryani today . Biryani is the mixture of rice and meat .
1= Heat the damn oil in a pan , please dry the pan after washing, otherwise u ll see the lot of crackers. It happens to me so many times.
2= now go at Carrfore and buy onion . Please cut the onion in small pieces and then wipe the tears which comes after cutting the onion. I hate this step. Remember not to buy made in Denmark onion.
3= Fry the onions until it becomes golden brown- brown like sniper
4= put the damn chicken inside onion and add the 2 glasses of water. Now forget it and come and logged on at duabi forums.
5= Go back and see if the chicken is cooked or not .
If chicken = cooked
then
wait for 2 minute
else
stire the chicken wid spoon
end
6= Now add the rice in chicken and then close the lid .
7= find old news paper , as we . Put it over the top and then close the pot wid lid. I never understood why my mom used to do that .
8= tell the kids to wait , and dont looose patience. Something cracking is coming up.
9= taste it .......oh we forgot to put salt and chili .
10= Now add salt and chili
11 = Chicken biryani is ready
PS" i cooked so many times in this way (by God) and i always have to throw it out after eating once .
