The report isnt shocking,
For first, to me Akthar 's always looked to b on drugs.. whether performance increasing or not, dunno.. but his eyes always made him look like a junky. no offense meant. a bit of personal thing as well, last time when they had a game at Jaipur.


and secondly, i dont think icc is gonna ban anyone.. coz its a small game, and if icc was to ban someone, how many incidents, Aussie's list of molestation charges, Pak- how many chucking allegations, cases where freaked out players hitting people on the stands,match fixing allegations,
etc

But unlike football, cricket needs to b nurtured and spread so to my understanding, unless the national cricket board of each country makes a deecision, ICC cant do a big deal to a player. thats what i think.

Molestation charges? What is this you speak of?

As for the ICC banning people, you may remember Shane Warne was banned for 12 months for a masking agent, even though he supposedly took it by accident.

If the ICC don't ban these too (providing the B-sample comes back positive) then it truly shows they are bending to the Asian influence over the game.

They came back hard but I think Sri Lanka did not take advantage of the weakened bowling attack as they should have.
