I like both of them but I prefer to have dogs than cats.

Cats are noisy especially when they are mating, they're all over the roof and the male cats are fighting. Grr.. So i prefer to have dogs (man's bestfriend).

Backhome, we've 6 japanese spitz, labrador, pug, and other pets as well except cats.

For those who voted cats, care to explain why? thanks!

I'll go with cats...any kind.

There is still plenty of time before some future member of the cat family to evolve an upright posture and prehensile fingers...to the next intelligent species to evolve on earth.

They will be natural anarchists, I think...and their civilization will be a very fascinating one.

Check back in 15 million years or so.

I think cats are very underestimate. Be with a nice good cat for 15mins and
you'll never want to leave it. But on the other hand, dogs are just as nice as
cats too.

Normal cats are versatile to cook. How? Did you mean you're eating cats? and ohh..in china their Siopao is made of cat's meat.

It's intentionally done like that. I didn't put the option "both", so it's either cats or dogs, and for us to discuss their traits.

I just can't stand the cats' behaviour when they're on their mating season, gosh...as if there's rumble going on in the neighbourhood at night because of their noise. Also, i can't stand the smell of their poo.

Well mating is only a problem, when irresponsible cat/dog owners don't neuter their animals. They should only be left if you have predigree animals and intend to breed from them, otherwise it's just plain irresponsible not to get them 'done'. No wonder there are so many unwanted cats and dogs and bin/street cats.

They all have their pros and cons, I could never have one or the other.

tell me about it, Bear, has 2 cats that will not stop screaming because they need to get some loving from a male cat......Bear one day im gonna shoot the cats dude
