Actually, longtime before, I left my office and went to my car and found another car double parked with the key in the ignition and blocking the way out, I took my mobile and called 999 and was about to complain, the person came running and said to me that I could have moved his car and got away with my car...I said its stealing as everyone would call...it was nissan sunny..

what if it was Aston Martin? what would you do?

Sod's law though if you took the initiative and did just that, you'd be spending Christmas, New Year and half of the next inside Jumeirah jail!

it was very longtime back dude...

It would only happen in Dubai because anywhere else and the car would be stolen.
The fact that the engine is running would indicate to me that the guy is not far away and won't be that long.
I would have probably moved it if he didn't show up, but a lot of people wouldn't becuase in theory they would br liable for damages if something happened and the car wasn't insured.
If it were an Aston Martin the driver wouldn't have given a second thought to anyone being parked in and you'd be stuck there until the police arrived.
Despite all of this, it is now illegal to leave a car with the engine running, even if it is parked legally.

Try and steal the car and let me know how fast it will take them to track you down
