I have an uncle who lives and works there - he is a doctor and the clinic hospital is very near the airport.

I haven't been there myself, but I may be able to answer some of your questions.. give me a ring.

BF has a great sounding capital city - Ougadougou - pronounced Wagaadoogoo!
