Guys ,
I am really pissed off - I try to do apartment transfer and that fine to pay 2% fee to land department and also to 2% to agency but what really make me mad is that some Select Group Company just for givinig you NOC wants to charge you 5000AED they change cost of this letter from 500AED so its raised 1000% !!!
for piece of paper which doesnt mean anything for me.

5000 AED just that they dont have any objection that one guy selling flat to another ....f..king great business.

Thats a rip off for sure.
