compared to dubai this job in the carriebean is the hardest and most challenging job i have ever had, basically the staff do what they want.
In dubai when you ask employees to do a task the answer is yes.
over here the answer is "man that aint ma job"
1-2 years if the maximum i will stay here as it is very isolated, but in turn good for the cv and the bank balance.
i will then have done my time in the UK, Dubai, Carribean

you need to be focused to work here and realise most things like shopping malls and cinemas to pass spare time arre not at hand
