well, I am not sure if u r talking about "feseekh or Ringa" I guess feseeekh has no caviar, but ringa does, and you have to have it with lemon and some ppl fire it in a way first, anyway we eat it on "Sham El neseem day or spring feast day" with colored eggs etc.. its a wow day
miss its family gathering...
for me I love anything that comes out of the water ....

I think Maleh is what I ate here on "Sham el Neseem day, celebrated it with egytish friends
, we had it with ringa as well... but yea Symm you must try it, u will get a wow feeling specially in a group, come to Egypt in sham el neseem day bro and be my guest... usually there is many festivals on that day
