Anyboby knows about the rules for absconding employee in JAFZA?[/b][/i]

Absconder Services


Within fourteen (14) consecutive days from the sponsored employee’s absence, GSO must be notified in order to declare the absentee as “Absconder”.

Requirements

To declare employees or visitors as Absconders, the following documents are required for submission at GSO’s Business Counter:

“Application for Absconder Service” duly filled and signed by authorized signatory.
Two (2) passport photocopies of the sponsored absentee with Residence Visa page (for absconders on Visit Visas the Entry Visa photocopy is required and two (2) passport photocopies).
Important!

Upon submission of documents, GSO’s Business Counter accepts the request and forwards it to obtain the Management’s approval.
Immigration will issue the Absconder Confirmation Form after ten (10) days from date of payment.
Company Representatives may collect a copy of the absconder’s confirmation form from GSO’s Delivery Counter upon request.
Clients may request a replacement visa (Employment) as a substitute upon receipt of the absconder’s confirmation form from Immigration.

But the problem is I was the one being reported as absconder since I married to the brther-in-law of my Boss.
I want to go back to UAE for work but since they put me in blaclisted in JAFZA ,my question is can I apply work outside jebel ali?
