They spend some money to put together flashy websites but they have poor cash flow then live and die on credit. They were last known as Hampstead and Mayfair (http://www.hampsteadandmayfair.com/), which went bust in Feb this year then Mayfair International surfaced shortly after.

Be careful before dealing with this mob as they have ripped off hundreds of investors - give the folks at RERA a call if you would like to verify how many people invested in off plan projects with this mob, only to be burnt.
