For the last 8 moths they make all sorts of excuses for not issuing our refund check since we were made unhappy with the holiday. Service and they did not provide promised. We have all emails records. We have to keep calling them to get responce. Finally the day was fixed to pick up check, now they say another 15 days needed. They lie about sending mails. This doesn't seem to have an end. NO BODY there to take responsibility.
