Just a quick post here, rented a car from them in November and they have since charged over 500 Dhs to my credit card for no apparent reason, no one is ever available to talk to and when i did get through once they explained that 80 Dhs of the payment was for re-filling the petrol tank but the rest i would have to speak to someone else about. It's an appauling system of management to charge clients without even contacting them to explain.

Disgraceful.

Although a very old post, but none the less. Nothing in dubai gets solved over the phones. Specially Govt Depts, Banks and anything else coustomer service related.

Its better to storm into their office in a rage !
