I know there are many used car importers in Dubai. There are companies specializing in the Import of JDM/Japanese Used Cars.

We've sponsored a site called jdmvip.com which has lots of information. You might even be able to order a car direct from Japan for a good price!

The two sites above this post have information. Basically you will want to find a good Exporter in Japan who can be trusted to find you the kind of car you're looking for, in good condition.
