My friend is interested in doing business for scrapped car parts (in good/working condition) or even engines to be exported to some Asian countries. I've seen in some places where cars (some with damages from accidents) are left dusty.

As cars prices here are depreciated pretty fast, if possible also to buy some working cars (5-15 years old), scrap them, and send all parts.

Is there a place/shop/junkyard for the supplies? Or probably auction?
Is it legal here to scrap cars and export the parts?
How can we buy these scrapped cars?
