I Need A Good Wheel Alignment Technician

Anyone know a good wheel alignment technician for 4x4? I sent to the dealer for replacing a rim, but after rim change, car felt moving to the right. Sent it back again to the dealer with this complaint, now car feels moving to the left. Feels like I'm not going to get the alignment correct.
