I would like to import car from UK to Dubai.

Why UK, you could import from USA. The dollar is still down.

There are few restrictions to bringing a car over, the problems arise once it is here.

As a personal import, you will have to pay the 5% import duty based on the declared value of the car together with the usual import paperwork fees. These are about £100 all in.

The problem is getting the car registered as it would be right hand drive. If it is a vintage/veteran or collectors model, then you might get an inspection clearance, however a new model is not going to be allowed to register in Dubai. They are allowed in other Emirates but its restrictive.

The best import agency to talk to are GAC (Gulf Agency Company) but you will face an enormous battle getting it legal on the road. Your insurance will be difficult also.

Cars are comparatively cheap here compared to the UK, so best option might be to sell your car in the UK and buy something else here.
