They only want to have transaction fees through western union.

I tried to get the loan but as Mr. Maluda Tompson mailed the docs I knew it was a "rip-deal".

He is from Nigeria and the docs you get from the insurance and the "Minister of Finance " from Nigeria are selfmade.
