Transylvania Holiday Village - great investment opportunity in the historical region of Romania!

North Capital AS, a Norwegian investment/development company, launches a new holiday project in Transylvania region of Romania. The investors of this project will be eligible for obtaining of up to 200,000 euro non-reimbursable financing from European Union funds! The project consists in building of a complex of pensions (boardinghouses) in the mountain area near Brasov city (Transylvania, Romania).

For this project North Capital will gather together up to 12 small investors, especially from devoted clients of the company (however new clients are also considered), each investor being the owner of one (or more) boardinghouses. North Capital will establish a company for each boardinghouse and investor will invest in his own company. This will provide a higher level of security for the investor and more exit possibilities. At the same time, having 12 companies will allow each company to apply for EU funding, which is one of the key parts of the project and which gives the possibility to obtain up to 200,000 euro non-reimbursable financing from EU funds!!! Benefiting from EU funds, the investor will obtain an incredible return on his initial investment of up to 860% over 5 Years!

However the investors should be aware that North Capital is not guarantying the EU funding, because it is approved by an independent state agency; but we will identify all possible solutions and will take all necessary steps in order to ensure that the EU funding application is made in the most professional way. Professionally made EU funding applications have a success rate of more then 95%. All the approvals, master plan, the design project, building permit, the EU funding application process will be handled by North Capital. In the middle of the complex, North Capital will develop a mini-hotel which will have important facilities available for all guests of the Transylvania Holiday Village.

In spite of the fact that pensions and hotel will be owned by 12 different companies/investors, due to the fact that all pensions will be build having a single style and common infrastructure it will allow promoting and operating them as one entity and to benefit from shared promotional and operational costs.

This investment has a lot of advantages for the investor:
- Is much more secure than standard buying of an off-plan apartment, because the land plot already exists (and there is no risk that investor will not obtain for what he is paying);
- Relatively small amount for initial payment (starting from approximate 21,000 euro) and total investment (approximate 103,000 euro if the investor will not apply for a mortgage)
- A very high Return on Investment due to up to 200,000 EU non-reimbursable financing;
- Secure exit strategies - the investor can choose to exit at any stage by simply selling his company to a new investor.
- High rental income - in case of long-term investment it gives a much higher rental income from renting up to 8 rooms in a boardinghouse in comparison with renting an apartment.
