a bit different post from me this time.
i work for one of the largest property developer companies in the region. and the following one/one and a half month will be pretty busy so i might as well leave a note here about it.

info to those who want to buy: we have a huge promotion(BMW or Bentley for every unit + a private island in the Caribbean Sea or a private jet for 2 lucky ones who will win the grand prizes) during the shopping festival, plus a more important reason(in my opinion) to buy now if you have the interest and the money is that after the promotion prices will go up considerably.

info to those who know people who want to buy: if you recommend me somebody and we close the deal, you will gate a commission. by the way, we offer the highest commissions for agents on the market: up to 5% of the total value of a unit.
