Hello everyone,

I am new to the forum and would like to get some information regarding starting a textile trading business in Bur Duabi. I am a manufacturer based in Ahmedabad,Gujarat. We manufacture cotton and polyester fabrics. Dubai is a very good market for textile and I would like to open a shop in textile market in Bur Dubai.

I know that I would require a LLC company to do business,with a local partner who will be holding 51% of my company. I was thinking of using professional help in setting up a comapny. They will provide me with a local partner. Cost of setting up a company is coming around 35k Dirhams including the visa fees for 3 years. How safe my business will be there.I hope that local partner would not ask for more money after forming the company or he would leave without comleting the procedure for the comapny. Would be very grateful if someone could tell me in detail about setting up a company. Thanks.
