The cruise ship industry is showing an increase this year, just like last year. Our beach location is within walking distance of a cruise ship port with a boardwalk planned to go through it. This port is only one of four in the world that can hold the new mega ships being launched in early 2010.
Some partnerships are available in our project, share in the profits! We'll be selling the boutique shops, as well as building and selling condos.

-Shop in our unique on-site stores with crafts from local artisans throughout the Costa Maya
-Snorkeling equipment rental to explore our offshore underwater world and rock formations
-People watching, relaxing, swimming, tanning
-Kayaks and kitesurfing available
-On-site PADI SCUBA dive center
-Explore and watch the unique birds, flora and fauna of the Costa Maya. Our rear area is au naturale
-We will accept USD, Euros, pesos or credit cards
-All inclusive dive packages will offer condo owners the opportunity to have their condo in our rental program.
