whats the difference between free zone and offshore. what advantages or disadvantages will I get.

I am a british citizen who will be partners in this business with a Dubai national. what do I need to know

my partner already has his own running business and I am new he wants to trade under his already established company. is this a good idea or should we set up a new company. whats the fees etc.

It all depends is he trust worthy
Free zone and normal zone is no difference if u have emirate partner but he should own more than 50 %

Are u putting the money ? Why u don't setup with him separate company it's better
