I am a lead web designer at Square Enix Europe (London). I have been working in this business for over 10 years now. The idea is to start a digital agency in Dubai. Is it a profitable idea? I would like to relocate soon and start something fresh.

I am completely new to this market, so any advices would be helpful.

You had enough experience and I think you won't face any problem in working, but the thing is you need to have work projects. You need some strong business contacts that helps you in getting work projects.

You can get contacts from work providing sites such as Freelancers, Odesk, Guru and many more. First you need to work as a free lancer and after some duration you may know the employers and can get continous work flow and you can build strong contact with them.
