Can We Import Cisco IP Phones From USA To Dubai?

Can we import Cisco IP Phones from USA to Dubai? Sep 16, 2012
Does anyone know if we can import Cisco IP Phones into Dubai without the need of an import permit? Can we just use a generic shipping company (ie. Fedex) to ship the phones from the US to Dubai? Does anyone know what kind of customs duty would apply to Cisco Phones?

Any advise would be much appreciated!!!
