Pain- described as a constant pressure as if the head is being squeezed or a feeling that a tight band around your head.-frequently the pain is bilateral (present on both sides of the head)
Signs and Symptoms:
Dull, aching head pain
The sensation of tightness or pressure across your forehead or on the sides and back of your head
Tenderness on your scalp, neck and shoulder muscles
Occasionally, loss of appetite

Irregular mealtime (hunger)
