Looking to buy a small/tiny plot of land in Dubai.
For a UAE national

Preferably in or around the area of jumeirah.
Either a very old broken house, or a small plot of land..
Cash budget from 1 to 150,000 AED

Any help or suggestions are really appreciated.
Currently live with parents in a big mansion, and I want out, because LESS IS MORE
