Sorry to bother you with this question.
I aim to buy a 2 BR villa in spring this Aug, I found one from an agency's web, the price is from Dhs1630000. May I have your comments since I have no experience on that. Thank you in advance!

If you drive around in the Springs you can see boards with numbers to call if you're interested in property there

Im sure you can find something a little cheaper than the price you mentioned
