So what sort of place can i get for... Apr 18, 2006
about 96k (local) ?
i'm thinking of a smallish 3 bed villa ? could i get a pool ?
any reccomendations? areas?

If 2 bedroom u could get into springs - if one was available. But u're a stretch to be in the new part of town. Prob looking at something in Mirdiff or there abouts.

You will get a comfortably small 3 bedroom or fairly roomy 2 bedroom in Mirdiff for that. Some with pool (puddle sometimes!) some without. In a compound with lots of others.
