Wanted urgently

Studio apartment in Discovery garden less than 35k preferably 30k and payable in 4 chqs or more.

OR

Studio in Cresent towers IMPZ 30k or less payable in 4 chqs or more.

Preferable directly from owner.

Need to move before end of this month.

And yes I have checked and even viewed some studios listed in places like Dubizzle etc etc. Just checking if there is some one here who owns a unit here and would prefer to deal with them directly instead of agents.
