For the past 5 weeks I have been trying to find a small villa in Shahama, Taweelah, Samha or Rahba City, no luck. I've contacted 11 estate agents - nothing.
I will be grateful for any help. I am looking for a small villa/townhouse. Villa can be semi-detached. My budget is max 110000 for unfurnished and max 145000 for fully furnished property.
