Please contact me if you have something along these lines. I would like to start occupancy in a couple of weeks. I have a preference for a larger villa, and although I like the Springs, would consider other areas.

Oops - rental, please.

I saw something in the Springs today and wasn't overwhelmed. I wish I could combine the quality of the new Greens buildings eg. Arno with the villa size and layout of the Springs.

Not sure which other areas I should look at, but I didn't like the Marina.

I like a good size, and would like to pay no more than AED 120. I am not really getting any help with this rental cost, so I need to get a good deal if possible.
