I am looking for a serviced apartment within about 1 km of metro and walking distance to local shops, fast food, restaurants, bars etc.
My budget is AED 8,000 / month - pref. 1 bedroom, studio also possible

I have apartment at Executive Tower, BusinessBay. it is just 500m away from the metro which completes within another month. also it is 1 km away from businessbay metro, easy access to Dubai mall & downtown Burj Dubai. if you interested i can arrange viewing anytime. call me on 0-5-0-3-8-4-8-7-4-8.
