Hey Everyone

I am reviewing life changing options and am looking to rent a flat/room in Dubai for 3 months early next year. The aim is to find a job whilst over there......time to throw it all in the air and see how it lands!
Any advice on costs, availability, do's and don'ts would be greatly appreciated.

I am currently in the UK.

usually monthly/quartely rents are quite high here as compared to a yearly lease..
