Rent Reduce ??

subletting landlord argues that he recently signed an agreement with an increased rent.. :shock:
so how can anyone get the rent reduced after a new contract ? :?

Well first of all is he subletting legally? Probably not! Go to the rent committee.

he says he does but I have no way of knowing whether he’s subletting legally..
besides, I was trying to get his attention to the ridiculous amount he asked for rent, and eventually we agreed on a less ridiculous one.. :)
