Hi,
we're moving here soon, and having seen how crazy the rental market is, we're considering buying.
anyone staying in either of these towers? how do they feel? is it congested or exciting? or should we get a villa in springs or the ranches instead?
It is incredibly confusing, and any views would be appreciated. I have a 1 year old son, too, and our budget for buying would be less than 1.8million aed.

you will struggle to get a decent 2 bed for that i'm affraid

JBR - still not finished yet they say May ie now, but noooooo chance and the beach clubs are at least 18 months off completion so forget JBR
