Hi folks,
Could you guys pardon my silly request but i need actually step by step with time (in hours taken to perform the followig proc.
I have my apartment ready for handover in marina crown project in dubai.
Paid all amount, now they are asking me to take hand over from them.
Question is i am not in dubai, so i will have visit.
Any one gone thru the proc?
I need to know how many days require to:
1) get hand over from builder
2) to also get residence permit for me , wife and my daughter.
can the 1 and 2 be done same time like in 2days? i do not want to visit dubai and then end up knowing that it will take a week then a gap then another, i will be on my own with family.
